Paris Purples Pillow
Sink into Parisian vibes on on a rainy day with an iconic lamppost front and center. The title, inspired by the song “ Purple Rain,” by Prince called for a pink hued sky. An old friend, crosses the puddled “Place,” with gaze uplifted, a warm glow from a shop window balances the gray day. The original painting is an oil on canvas, and one of my earliest! Completed in the early 1990’s.
